Notice of Intention to take Land for Public Works

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, in terms of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Schedules hereto for public works: And notice is hereby further given that the respective plans of the land so proposed to be taken are deposited in the post-offices as set out in such Schedules and are there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of such land should, if they have any well-grounded objection to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the 12th day of September, 1944, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
