Regulations for Trout-fishing in the Grey Acclimatization District

At the Government House at Wellington, this 23rd day of August, 1944
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Fisheries Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby make the following regulations :—

REGULATIONS

  1. THESE regulations may be cited as the Trout-fishing (Grey) Regulations 1943, Amendment No. 1.
  2. These regulations shall be read together with and form part of the Trout-fishing (Grey) Regulations 1943 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal regulations").
  3. These regulations shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 1944.
  4. Regulation 5 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting the word "April" and substituting the word "May", and by deleting the words "31st day of August" and substituting the words "30th day of September".

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Patangata County Council stopping the road described in the Schedule hereto.
