PURSUANT to subsection two of section one of the Invercargill Licensing Trust Act, 1944, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as follows :- 1. This Proclamation may be cited as the Invercargill Licensing Trust Act Commencement Order 1944.
2. The Invercargill Licensing Trust Act, 1944, shall come into force on the seventeenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.
