A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public works; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the thirteenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of April, 1944.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land and a Right-of-way over Land for Public Works

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 70 of the twenty-sixth day of the same month, at page 1008, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 3378, taking land and a right-of-way over land for public works in so far as it affects the area of 1 rood 18 perches, being Lots 12 and 13, D.P. 1658, being part Section 10, Porirua District, situated in Block XII, Belmont Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of April, 1944.
