the next general elections of the representatives of the constituent
districts of the Hutt Valley Electric-power District the number
of representatives of each constituent district on the Hutt Valley
Electric-power Board shall be the number specified in the Schedule
hereto opposite the name of that constituent district ; and doth
further determine that the constituent districts which are bracketed
together in the first column of the Schedule hereto are hereby
constituted a combined district for the purposes of the said Act,
and that the principal local authority of such combined district
shall be the local authority of the constituent district distinguished
in the first column of the Schedule hereto by the letter "(P)".

At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of
April, 1944
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Npursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Electric-
power Boards Act, 1925, and of every other power in anywise
enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
determine that on and after the dates of the next general elections
of the representatives of the constituent districts of the Poverty
Bay Electric-power District, the number of representatives of each
constituent district on the Poverty Bay Electric-power Board shall
be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of
that constituent district; and doth further determine that the

The North-western, Northern, and Eastern Sides of Portion of an
Unnamed Public Road, in the County of Bruce, exempted from
the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928,
subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of
April, 1944

HIS EXCELLENCE THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Npursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public
Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling
him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
approve of the following resolution passed by the Bruce County
Council on the seventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred
and forty-three, in so far as it affects the sides and portions of
road described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:-
"The Bruce County Council, being the local authority
having control of the roads in the County of Bruce, by resolution
declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-
eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the
boundary of the district road fronting Farms Four (4) and
Five (5), Bon Accord Estate, being the whole of the land included
in Certificates of Title, Volume 161, folios 13 and 14, and those
parts of Sections Ten (10), Nine (9), Four (4), Five (5), and
Three (3), Block Forty-four (XLIV), Tokomairiro District,
included in Certificate of Title, Volume 255, folio 244, being
the north-westerly, northerly, easterly, and south-easterly
sides respectively of the said District Road";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western,
northern, and eastern sides of the portions of unnamed public road
(described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three
feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of road.
SCHEDULE
First, the north-western side of all that portion of road situated in
the Otago Land District, County of Bruce, fronting Farms 4 and 5,
D.P. 2123, Bon Accord Estate, Block XLIII, Tokomairiro District,
and part Sections 10, 9, and 4, Block XLIV, Tokomairiro District.
Secondly, the northern side of all that portion of road situated
in the said land district and county fronting part Section 5, Block
XLIV, Tokomairiro District.
Thirdly, the eastern side of all that portion of road situated
in the said land district and county fronting part Sections 5, 4,
and 3, Block XLIV, Tokomairiro District.
As the said portions of road are more particularly delineated
on the plan marked P.W.D. 118449, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling
him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
approve of the following resolution passed by the Christchurch
City Council on the eighteenth day of August, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-one, viz.:-
"The Christchurch City Council, having control of the
streets in the City of Christchurch, hereby declares that the
provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern
side of the portion of Hart Street adjoining Lot 4, D.P. 16,
being the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 24,
folio 199, part R.S. 89";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side
of the portion of Hart Street (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said
portion of street.
The Eastern Side of Portion of the Richmond-Collingwood Main
Highway, in the County of Waimea, exempted from the Provisions
of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a
Condition as to the Building-line

to the eastern side of portion of the said main highway fronting
the subdivision of part Section 25, Motueka District, Block X,
Kaiteriteri Survey District";
