LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land
hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions
of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, unless caveat be lodged forbidding
the same on or before 17th April, 1944:-

  1. GERALD O'HALLORAN. Part Allotment 341 of
    the Town of Hamilton West, containing 1 acre 28.1
    perches. Occupied by Misses S. B. Hunter and C. W.
    Hunter. Plan 31649.

  2. JAMES STEEN HUNTER. Northern middle portion
    of Allotment 63 of the Parish of Waiau. Occupied by
    applicant. Plan 31777.

Diagrams may be inspected at this office.

EVIDENCE having been lodged of the loss of the outstanding
duplicate of Mortgage No. 220031, in the name of KATE
MARGARET TAYLOR, of Wellington, Spinster, as mortgagee,
affecting Mortgage No. 204049, of all the land comprised in certificate
of title, Vol. 404, folio 197 (Wellington Registry), and application
having been made to register a transmission of the said mortgage
to Gordon Astley Howan and Douglas Clive Hobbs, as executors,
without production of the said mortgage, I hereby give notice
that it is my intention to dispense with production of the said
mortgage under section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, and to
register such transmission as requested after fourteen days from the
date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EDUCATION BOARD OF THE DISTRICT OF TARANAKI

Notice of Intention to Take Land

In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1928

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Education Board of the
District of Taranaki proposes to provide land for an addition
to the Mokau School site, and for such purpose requires to
take all that piece of land in the Auckland Land District containing
by admeasurement one rood, more or less, being Section Two (2) of
Block III (Three), Village of Mokau, situated in Block I (One),
Awakino Survey District; as the same is delineated coloured blue
on a plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland
and numbered 32244.

A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid is deposited
for public inspection at the post-office at Mokau.

All persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in
writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said
work or to the taking of the said land, and to send such writing,
within forty days from the first publication of this notice on the 8th
day of March, 1944, to the Education Board of the District
of Taranaki at its offices in Lemon Street in the Borough of New
Plymouth.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership hitherto subsisting
between THOMAS HENRY RADCLIFFE and JOHN ALEXANDER
