Price Order 186 (Infants’ Shoes)
Pursuant to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following Price Order:—
- This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 186, and shall come into force on the 24th day of January, 1944.
APPLICATION OF THIS ORDER
- This Order applies with respect to sales by way of retail of infants’ shoes of the several kinds specified in the Schedule hereto.
MAXIMUM RETAIL PRICES FOR INFANTS’ SHOES TO WHICH THIS ORDER APPLIES
- The maximum price that may be charged or received by any retailer for any infants’ shoes to which this Order applies shall be the appropriate maximum price specified in the Schedule hereto.

Price Order No. 185 (Amending Price Orders Nos. 178, 179, 180) (Australian Oranges, New-Zealand-grown Lemons, New-Zealand-grown Citrus Fruits)
Pursuant to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 185.

(1) Price Order No. 178† (relating to Australian oranges) is hereby amended, as from the coming into force of that Order, by omitting subclause (2) of clause 7 thereof.
(2) Price Order No. 179‡ (relating to New-Zealand-grown lemons) is hereby amended, as from the coming into force of that Order, by omitting subclause (2) of clause 7 thereof.
(3) Price Order No. 180§ (relating to New-Zealand-grown citrus fruits, other than lemons) is hereby amended, as from the coming into force of that Order, by omitting subclause (4) of clause 6 thereof.
(4) No fruit to which any of the said price orders relates shall be sold or offered for sale by any retailer otherwise than by number.

Price Order No. 188 (Amending Price Order No. 142 in relation to Apples)
Pursuant to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 188, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 142† (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”).

This Order shall come into force on the 24th day of January, 1944.

The First Schedule to the principal Order, as set out in Price Order No. 162‡, is hereby revoked, and the following Schedule substituted therefor:—

Price Order No. 187 (Amending Price Order No. 183, in respect of Raspberries)
Pursuant to the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939,* the Price Tribunal, acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, doth hereby make the following amending Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 187, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 183† (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Order”).

This Order shall come into force on the 21st day of January, 1944.

The Schedule to the principal Order is hereby amended by revoking so much thereof as relates to raspberries and by substituting the following:—
RASPBERRIES:
From 21st January to the last day in February (both days inclusive) in the year 1944, and in any year thereafter from 1st January to the last day in February (both days inclusive)—
When grown in the South Island and sold anywhere in New Zealand, or when grown in the North Island and sold elsewhere than within the Provincial Districts of Auckland and Taranaki.
When grown in the North Island and sold within the Provincial Districts of Auckland and Taranaki.
In punnets or other containers containing less than 2 lb. (including the price of the punnet or other container)—
