  1. SYSTEM OF SUPPLY

The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (j) of clause 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935. The generating voltage and the transmission voltage shall be approximately 32 volts direct current.

  1. RENTAL

For the purpose of assessing the rental or annual sum payable in respect of this license, the licensee may install a suitable maximum-demand indicator to the satisfaction of the Inspecting Engineer of the Public Works Department, and, failing such installation, rental shall be determined on the maximum capacity of the generating plant installed. The present plant is rated at 1 kilowatt.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for street.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken: 9·25 perches.

Being part Section 101, Town of Wellington.

Situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 21073.)

At the Government House at Wellington, this 1st day of March, 1944

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Onehunga Borough Council on the twenty-seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, viz.:

“The Onehunga Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Onehunga, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the east side of Victoria Street fronting part of Allotment 18, Section 27, Village of Onehunga, and comprised in Certificate of Title 579/131”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of portion of Victoria Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Onehunga, known as Victoria Street, fronting part Allotment 18 of Section 27 of the Village of Onehunga. HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea County Council on the tenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, viz.:

“The Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Waimea, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the northern side of the public road fronting subdivision of part Section 62 (D.P. 2036), Motueka District, Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District, and contained in the Certificate of Title, Volume 65, folios 227 and 228”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of portion of public road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

THE northern side of all that portion of public road situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, fronting part Section 62, Motueka, Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District.
