A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Crown Land set apart as a Permanent State Forest

A PROCLAMATION
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Bay of Islands County, containing by admeasurement 30·4 perches, more or less, being formerly part of Whakanekeneke 13 Block, situated in Block VI, Omapere Survey District, declared to be Crown land by a Proclamation dated the 9th day of June, 1943, and published in Gazette, 1943, page 675. As the same is delineated on plan No. 5/33, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (North Auckland S.O. plan 32777.)

Revocation of the Reservation of Portion of a Permanent State Forest

A PROCLAMATION
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Forests Act, 1921–22, and pursuant to a resolution in that behalf passed by both Houses of Parliament—that is to say, by the Legislative Council on the eighteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, and by the House of Representatives on the twenty-fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three—I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke (so far only as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto) the Proclamation of the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, published in the Gazette on the seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, at page 1601, whereby the said land (with certain other land) was set apart as a permanent State forest, and declare that the reservation thereby affected is (so far only as aforesaid) revoked accordingly.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—ROTORUA CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Rotorua County, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 1 rood 31 perches, more or less, being part Section 1, Block II, Rotoma Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 31/6, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland S.O. plan 31898.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 7th day of October, 1943.
