Declaring Land taken for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 20 acres 2 roods 25 perches.

Being land taken for the purposes of the North Island Main Trunk Railway by Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette, 1901, page 1639, and being formerly portion of Section No. 2, Ohingaiti Block.

Situated in Block XVI, Tiriraukawa Survey District, and Block XIII, Hautapu Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 19455, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of October, 1943.

Land taken for a Public School in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 8 acres 3 roods 37 perches.

Being part Lot 18, D.P. 18321, being part Allotment 39A, District of Tamaki.

Situated in Block IX, Rangitoto Survey District (City of Auckland) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32905.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117686, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 11th day of October, 1943.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, and section five of the Housing Amendment Act, 1940, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
