HIS EXCELLENCE THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the public work for which it was acquired.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold : 32 perches. Being Lot 8, D.P. 19633, being part Allotment 18 of Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland.
Situated in Block VIII, Titirangi Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31825.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110537, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow..

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared Government road : 1 acre O roods 6 perches. Adjoining or passing through part Waipa Block on D.P. 14329, and part Lot 1, D.P. 23144, being part Waipa Block.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Green Island Borough Council on the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, viz:- "That the Green Island Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Green Island, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the eastern side of that portion of Harraway Road adjoining part of Allotment 63, Block V, Lower Kaikorai District" ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of portion of Harraway Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE
THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of Green Island, known as Harraway Road, fronting part Section 63, Block V, Lower Kaikorai District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117445, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, viz.- "That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of the portion of Melbourne Street adjoining Allotment 15, Block VI, Township of South Dunedin, such land being comprised and described in Certificate of Title 19/20";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of portion of Melbourne Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
