A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for harbour works and shall
vest in the Whangarei Harbour Board as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of September, one
thousand nine hundred and forty-three.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 acres 3 roods
35 perches.
Being part Okara Block.
Situated in Block IX, Whangarei Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 32873.)
In the North Auckland Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117766, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of September, 1943.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto;
and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD

in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I,
Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government
road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer
required.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 acre
0 roods 6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Waipa Block on D.P. 14329,
and part Lot I, D.P. 23144, being part Waipa Block.
Situated in Block I, Patetere North Survey District (Auckland

In the Auckland District ; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117691, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
green.
