IT is hereby notified that the orders of adoption as set out in the Schedule hereunder have been made by the Native Land Court under the provisions of the Native Land Act, 1931.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and to be included in the Tikitere Development Scheme.

ALL that area of land in the Waiariki Native Land Court District, containing 48 acres 0 roods 26 perches, more or less, called or known as Karapo, Te Waikari, Te Korokoro, and Tautuku, and situate in Block XI, Rotoiti Survey District.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Okere Development Scheme.

NOTICE is hereby given that the lease of the undermentioned land having been declared forfeit by resolution of the Westland Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provision of the Land Act, 1924.

Town Land in Auckland Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease
Auckland District Lands and Survey Office,
Auckland, 10th August, 1943.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned section is open for selection on renewable lease under the Land Act, 1924; and applications will be received at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, up to 11 o'clock a.m. on Monday, 27th September, 1943.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the Auckland District Lands and Survey Office, Auckland, on Tuesday, 28th September, 1943, at 10.30 o'clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The ballot will be held immediately upon the conclusion of the examination of applicants, and the successful applicant is required to pay immediately at conclusion of ballot a deposit comprising the first half-year's rent, broken-period rent, lease fee, and weighting for improvements.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—TOWN LAND
Taumarunui County.—Taumarunui Native Township
SECTION 2, Block XXX: Area, 1 acre. Capital value, £120; half-yearly rent, £3.
Weighted with £50 (payable in cash) for improvements, comprising an old four-roomed cottage in poor condition.
The section is situated on Taupo Road about one mile and a half from Taumarunui Post-office and Railway-station and one mile and a quarter from the school, access being by tar-sealed road and footpath. Town water-supply laid on. Level low-lying section suitable for building-sites.
