Restricting the Cool-storage of Fruit
PURSUANT to the Primary Industries Emergency Regulations 1939, I, Ernest James Fawcett, Primary Industries Controller, do hereby revoke the notice dated the 2nd day of April, 1940, and published in the Gazette on the 4th day of the same month at page 665, restricting the cool-storage of fruit, and do hereby prohibit the deposit, otherwise than by or on behalf of the Marketing Department, of any fruit in any cool-store for the purpose of cool-storage except in pursuance of a permit to be granted by Ross Pappriil Fraser, Acting-Director of the Internal Marketing Division of the said Department, who may grant any application for a permit wholly or partly and either unconditionally or upon or subject to such conditions and for such period as he thinks fit.
