ALL that area situated in the Borough of Gisborne, containing 1 acre 1 rood 23-44 perches, more or less, being Lot 123 on plan No. 4004 (blue) in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Gisborne, and being part of Lot 13, D.P. 1739 (part Section 209), part of Lot 3 of Section 210 and part Section 212, Gisborne Suburban, and being part of the land comprised in Certificates of Title, Volume 83, folio 166, and Volume 91, folio 48 (Gisborne Registry). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1107/2, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

THIRD SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area situated in the Borough of Hastings, containing by admeasurement 27-08 perches, more or less, being Lot 3 as shown on S.O. plan 1929 (red), deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier, being part Heretaunga Block, and being also part Lot 1, D.P. 6645. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/1107/3, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of July, 1943.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the assignment in the first instance to Martin Alink, of Auckland, Superior in New Zealand of the St. Joseph’s Foreign Missionary Society, Mill Hill, London, by the Tuwharetoa Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited (in liquidation), and in the second instance to Gerard van Beek, of Tokaanu, Clerk in Holy Orders, and Hiriweteri Maria, of Tokaanu, Aboriginal Native, by the said Martin Alink of the rights, powers, and privileges under an Order in Council dated the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 83 of the thirtieth day of the same month, at page 2743, authorizing the said Tuwharetoa Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, to use water from the Waihi River for the purpose of generating electricity, and to erect electric lines in the Waihi Native Settlement, West Taupo County.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the public work for which it was taken.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold: 1 acre 3 roods 18-8 perches.

Being part Section 2, Harbour District (City of Wellington). Situated in Block XI, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 20752.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117242, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government Road.
