A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Situated in Clifford Bay Survey District.

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of June, 1943.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Block XI, Westerfield Survey District—viz., Portion of the Timaru-Mayfield via Westerfield Main Highway

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in

this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Block XI, Westerfield Survey District—viz., portion of the Timaru-Mayfield via Westerfield Main Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only Lot 5, D.P. 3821, Block XI, Westerfield Survey District.

SCHEDULE

COMMENCING at a point on the Tinwald-Westerfield Main Highway, being the centre of the road angle at the westernmost corner of Lot 5, Deposit Plan 3821, in Block XI, Westerfield Survey District, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 27 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following land, viz., Lot 5, D.P. 3821, Block XI, Westerfield Survey District, and terminating at a point on the centre of the aforesaid Main Highway, such point being on the centre of the Lagmhor Road approximately 20 chains in a south-easterly direction from the centre of the junction of that road with Jacksons Road, including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Canterbury Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117356, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon delineated by a line drawn in red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of June, 1943.
