Maniototo County

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :—
A. R. P. Being
1 1 37·6 Part Section 7 ; coloured yellow.
2 2 30 Part Section 3 ; coloured blue.
Situated in Block III, Idaburn Survey District (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District ; as the same are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 116870, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of June, 1943.

closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
