NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SURNAME
I, JAMES MOORE, of Palmerston North, Mechanical Engineer, hereby give notice that in the year 1935 I renounced and abandoned the surname of ORR, by which I was formerly known, and ever since have assumed in lieu thereof the surname of MOORE; and, further, that such change of name is evidenced by a deed-poll dated the 5th day of June, 1943, duly executed by me and filed in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Wellington District (Palmerston North Registry), on the 16th day of June, 1943.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL RESOLUTION
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, Section 221, and in the matter of WATTS AND LAWRY MOTORS, LIMITED.
IT is hereby resolved that, in view of the fact that this company, limited liability company registered under the Companies Act, 1933, having ceased to carry on business, and in view of the fact that the sole managing-director, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon him, has sold the company's undertaking with the exception of the book debts, this company go into voluntary liquidation and be wound up according to the provisions of the Companies Act, 1933; it is further resolved that S. Hogg, of Pahiatua, be appointed liquidator for the company.
