IT is hereby notified that the orders of adoption as set out in the Schedule hereunder have been made by the Native Land Court under the provisions of the Native Land Act, 1931.

The Tea and Sugar Rationing Coupon Notice 1943
PURSUANT to the Rationing Emergency Regulations 1942,* I, James Ewing Thomas, the Rationing Controller, hereby give notice as follows :-

This notice may be cited as the Tea and Sugar Rationing Coupon Notice 1943.

Tea coupons in ration books shall be available for the supply of 2 oz. tea against each coupon as follows :-
Nos. 29, 30, 31, 32 . . . . During June, 1943. Nos. 33, 34, 35, 36 . . . . July, 1943. Nos. 37, 38, 39, 40 . . . . August, 1943. Nos. 41, 42, 43, 44 . . . . September, 1943. Nos. 45, 46, 47, 48 . . . . October, 1943.
- Sugar coupons in ration books shall be available for the supply of 12 oz. sugar against each coupon as follows :-
Nos. 29, 30, 31, 32 . . . . During June, 1943. Nos. 33, 34, 35, 36 . . . . July, 1943. Nos. 37, 38, 39, 40 . . . . August, 1943. Nos. 41, 42, 43, 44 . . . . September, 1943. Nos. 45, 46, 47, 48 . . . . October, 1943.

Excluding Lands from the Tauranga Development Scheme
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes certain notices dated the 23rd day of August, 1937, and the 23rd day of May, 1941, and published in Gazette No. 57 of the 26th day of August, 1937, and No. 44 of the 29th day of May, 1941, at pages 2078 and 1525 respectively, declaring the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act, and such land is hereby excluded from the Tauranga Development Scheme.
