Stopping Portion of Government Road in Block I, Patetere North
Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in
me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road
described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 rood
12 perches.
Adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 23144, being part Waipa Block.

Situated in Block I, Patetere North Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 30100.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 105193, deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 23rd day of November, 1943.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in
me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and
authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton
Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim as stopped the portion of Government road described
in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 2 acres
2 roods 18 perches.
Adjoining or passing through part Allotment 378, D.P. 24471, and
part Section 8, Block X, Waipu Survey District.

Situated in Block IX, Waipu Survey District (Auckland R.D.).

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 99698, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General

of that Dominion, this 23rd day of November, 1943.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 5·14
perches.
Being part Lot 51, D.P. 16953, being part Allotment 180.

Situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 30939.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 109971, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General

Land set apart as an Addition to a Cemetery Reserve

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by subsection
nine of section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the
date hereof the land comprised in the pieces of closed road
described in the First Schedule hereto, being land adjoining the
cemetery reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall be
deemed to be added to the said reserve.

FIRST SCHEDULE

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

SECTIONS 38, 39, and 40, Block IV, Orahiri Survey District: Area,
3 roods 5·9 perches, more or less.

SECOND SCHEDULE

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

PART of Section 7, Block IV, Orahiri Survey District: Area, 4 acres
2 roods 12·1 perches, more or less.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 22nd day of November, 1943.

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of
November, 1943

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise
enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become
Government road.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road declared to be Government
