(2) The revocation of the said prices in Price Order No. 62
shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation
thereto committed before the coming into force of this Order.
3. The maximum price at which knitted wear manufactured
by Silkinit (N.Z.), Ltd., of Auckland, and more particularly described
in the Schedule hereto by number, size, kind, colour, trade designation,
or trade abbreviation may be sold by way of retail at any
place in New Zealand, whether the sale be for cash or on credit
terms, shall be not more than the respective price set out in the
Schedule for each such number, size, kind, colour, trade designation,
or trade abbreviation.

IN pursuance of the powers conferred on it by the Control of
Prices Emergency Regulations 1939, the Price Tribunal, acting
with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce,
doeth hereby make the following Price Order:-

1. This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 110.
2. (1) Price Order No. 43* is hereby amended by revoking
   the prices fixed for knitted wear numbered as follows : 5312, 1001,
   1004, 1504, 1, 501, 1008, 1508, 101, 601, 1102, 1602, 4004, 5012,
   5052, 6009, 6011, 6057, 4007, 4544, 5014, 6032, 6016, 4028, 4546,
   5011, 5007, 6014, 6017.
   Price Order No. 49§ is hereby amended by revoking the prices
   fixed for knitted wear numbered as follows : 1107, 1607, 107, 1108,,
   1608, 1618, 108, 1010, 1510, 1520, 1109, 1619, 109, 609.
   Price Order No. 72f is hereby amended by revoking the prices
   fixed for knitted wear numbered as follows : 1608, 1618.
   (2) The revocation of the said prices in Price Orders Nos. 43,
   49, and 72 shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence
   in relation thereto committed before the coming into force of this
   Order.

   by Lane, Walker, Rudkin, Ltd., of Christchurch, and more particularly described in the Schedule hereto by number, size, kind, colour,
   trade designation, or abbreviation may be sold by way of retail
   at any place in New Zealand shall be not more than the respective
   price set out in the said Schedule for each such number, size, kind,
   colour, trade designation, or abbreviation.
