Price Order No. 111.

IN pursuance of the powers conferred on it by the Control of Prices Emergency Regulations 1939, and acting with the authority of the Minister of Industries and Commerce, the Price Tribunal hereby makes the following Price Order:—

This Order may be cited as Price Order No. 111.
(1) The Schedule to Price Order No. 63* is revoked in its application to ladies’ and children’s Pearl lustre underwear.

(2) The revocation of the said Schedule in its application aforesaid shall not affect the liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto committed before the date of this Order.

The maximum price at which the knitted wear manufactured by Stirling Henry (New Zealand), Ltd., of Auckland, and more particularly described in the Schedule hereto by number, size, kind, colour, trade designation, or trade abbreviation may be sold by way of retail at any place in New Zealand, whether the sale be for cash or on credit terms, shall be not more than the respective price set out in the said Schedule for each such number, size, kind, colour, trade designation, or trade abbreviation.
