Applicants are required to produce documentary evidence of
their farming experience and financial position.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the
examination of applicants, and the successful applicant is required
to pay immediately at conclusion of ballot a deposit comprising the
first half-year's rent, broken-period rent, lease fee, and amount of
weighting for improvements.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—THIRD-CLASS LAND.
Waimearino County.—Manganui Survey District.
SECTION 32, Block XVI : Area, 77 acres 0 roods 20 perches. Capital
value, £20. Deposit on deferred payments, £5 : Half-yearly instal-
ment on deferred payments (term : ten years), 19s. 9d. Renewable
lease : Half-yearly rent, 8s.
Weighted with £137 (payable in cash) for improvements, com-
prising dwelling, two sheds, and fencing.
This section is situated about one mile and a quarter from
Horopito Railway-station, Post-office, and School, and about ten
miles from Raetihi Dairy Factory and Saleyards. Poor light volcanic
soil on clay and shingle. Poor proposition, not suitable as a separate
holding. Altitude, 2,100 ft. to 2,400 ft. above sea-level.

Waiuku West, in favour of JAMES SEYMOUR COX, of Waiuku,

for a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, and evidence of the loss
of Outstanding Deed of Lease No. 404841, affecting Lot 5 of Allot-
