Consenting to a certain Estate or Interest in Land being taken for a Public Work.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 12th day of August, 1942.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the taking for a public work of the estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Leonard Ray Ireson, of Lower Hutt, Farmer, under and by virtue of Occupation License, issued under section eighty-three of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, Volume 378, folio 123, Wellington Registry.

Directing the Sale of Land under the Public Works Act, 1928, in Block I, Tokatoka Survey District.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of August, 1942.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the public work for which it was acquired.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold: 13Β·5 perches.
Being part Allotment 10, Kopuru Parish.
Situated in Block I, Tokatoka Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32609.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. ll4905, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Portion of an unnamed Road, in the County of Hutt, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of August, 1942.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Hutt County Council on the fifteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, viz.:-

"The Hutt County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Hutt, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of road abutting on to Moore's Valley Road, situated in Section 2, C.T. 352/178, Wainui-o-mata Registration District";

the portion of the unnamed road being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of an unnamed road situated in the Wellington Land District, County of Hutt, fronting part Section 2, Wainui-o-mata District, Block XVII, Belmont Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114227, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Eastern Side of Portion of St. George's Bay Road, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of August, 1942.
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the fifth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two (in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Schedule hereto), viz. :-

"That the Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of St. George's Bay Road adjoining part Allotment 81, Section 1, Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land comprised in C.T. 554/16";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of St. George's Bay Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as St. George's Bay Road, fronting part of Allotment 81, Section 1, D.P. 31042, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D l13867, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
