ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 5th day of August, 1942.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance of the Harbours Act, 1923, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby license and permit Francis Oliver John Langton, of Rawene (hereinafter called “the licensee,” which term shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy, as a site for a store and offices, that part of the foreshore at Rawene, Hokianga Harbour, shown as site No. 9 on plans marked M.D. 4288 and 4289, deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, such license to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
(1) This license is subject to the Foreshore License Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the license shall be fourteen years from the 10th August, 1942.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be one pound (£1), and the annual sum so payable five pounds (£5).

Appointing a Member of the Tolaga Bay Harbour Board.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Harbours Act, 1923, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Victor Francis Hurlstone
to be a member of the Tolaga Bay Harbour Board in the place of John Peter Guthrie, whose seat was vacated for his absence without the leave of the Board from four consecutive ordinary meetings, to hold office until the last Wednesday in April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 6th day of August, 1942.

Appointing a Member of the Wanganui Harbour Board.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Harbours Act, 1923, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Donald Sutherland
to be a member of the Wanganui Harbour Board as a representative of the electors of the combined district of those portions of the counties of Wanganui and Waimarino within the Harbour District, in place of Donald Ross (resigned), to hold office until the second Wednesday in May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 4th day of August, 1942.
