Notice of Intention to take Land, and Leasehold Estate or Interest in Land, for Public Works.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto and the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Newton King, Limited, under the lease registered as No. 12254, Taranaki Registry, for public works: And notice is hereby further given that the respective plans of the land required to be taken and of the land in respect of which the leasehold estate or interest is required to be taken are deposited in the post-offices as set out in such Schedules; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land or of the said leasehold estate or interest should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land or leasehold estate or interest, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the 10th day of July, 1942, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
