The Cheesemaking Equipment Control Notice 1942.
PURSUANT to the Factory Emergency Regulations 1939, I, George Augustus Pascoe, Factory Controller, hereby direct and give notice as follows :—

This Notice shall be cited as the Cheesemaking Equipment Control Notice 1942.

This Notice shall come into force on the day next following the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

After the coming into force of this notice no occupier of a factory or owner of factory materials shall manufacture or cause to be manufactured any of the cheesemaking equipment set out in the Schedule hereto without the precedent consent in writing of the Factory Controller.

(1) Lighted Buoy temporarily established.
Position : 265°, 3,300 ft. from Bean Rock Lighthouse. Lat., 36° 50′ S. ; long., 174° 50′ E. (approx.).
Abridged description : Occ. G. ev. 12 sec.
Details : A red buoy exhibiting an occulting green light every 12 sec., eclipse 6 sec., has been temporarily established.
NOTE.—All vessels must pass southward of the buoy.
(2) Light discontinued.
Position : 076°, 2,950 ft. from Devonport Sandspit Beacon. Lat., 36° 50′ S. ; long., 174° 48·5′ E. (approx.).
Details : The occulting green light in this position has been discontinued.

Notice to Persons affected by an Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
Taking of Fish for Sale and Fish Retailing.
AN application has been received from P. C. Kimber, Springton South R.M.D., to take fish for sale by means of the 18 ft. launch “Waterlily,” at Lake Ellesmere, and for a fish-retailer’s license to enable him to sell his catches in the Springs County.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish them in writing not later than the 13th August, 1942.
