NOTICE is hereby given that on the 9th day of July, 1942, the above-mentioned company, by an entry in its minute-book made by virtue of section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933, in lieu of a special resolution, the following resolution was passed as a special resolution:—
“(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily as a members’ winding up;
“(2) That Mr. VAL KIRK, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”
All persons and firms having claims against the above company are requested to lodge same with the liquidator before the 15th August, 1942.
