Applicants should appear personally for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington, on Wednesday, 26th August, 1942, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants, and the successful applicant is required to pay immediately at conclusion of ballot a deposit comprising the first half-year’s rent, broken-period rent, lease fee, and amount of weighting for improvements.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—TOWN LAND.
Waimarino County.—Raetihi Township.
SECTION 126, Block XI: Area, 1 rood. Capital value, £5; half-yearly rent, 5s.
Weighted with £10 (payable in cash) for improvements, comprising 33 ft. by 10 ft. whare in very poor condition.
This section is situated in Raetihi one-quarter of a mile from the post-office. The section is badly broken by a creek and is suitable only for grazing purposes.
