Notice of Intention to take Land for Public Works.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedules hereto for public works: And notice is hereby further given that the respective plans of the land required to be taken are deposited in the post-offices as set out in such Schedules; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the 20th day of July, 1942, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Approval of Testing Officers under the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940.

IN terms of Regulation 5 of the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport doth hereby approve, until further notice, of the persons named in the Schedule hereunder being Testing Officers under the said regulations.

SCHEDULE.

Roland Edward Barnes, Traffic Inspector, Auckland City Council.
Walter Lyle Bonney, Traffic Inspector, Auckland City Council.
Louis Stanley George Hutt, Traffic Inspector, Auckland City Council.
John Walter Hollows, Traffic Inspector, Auckland City Council.

Approval of Testing Officers under the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940.

IN terms of Regulation 5 of the Motor-drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport doth hereby approve, until further notice, of the persons named in the Schedule hereunder being Testing Officers under the said regulations.
