Regulations 1940.

I CERTIFY that the licensed premises known as Wai-
papakauri Hotel, situated at Waipapakauri, Mongonui County, are being used for war purposes by the
Government of New Zealand, and that the publican's
license in force in respect of such premises is suspended
as from the 17th day of June, 1942.
