Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Tokatoka Survey District, North Auckland Land District.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for quarry purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

SECTION 12, Block XI, Tokatoka Survey District: Area, 16 acres 0 roods 19 perches, more or less.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for quarry purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

Vesting Reserves in the Waitaki Hospital Board.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been duly set apart for hospital purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Waitaki Hospital Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Waitaki Hospital Board, in trust, for hospital purposes.

Recreation Reserve in Canterbury Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Canterbury Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Upper Riccarton Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Upper Riccarton Domain Board.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

Two of the members of the Coromandel County Council representing the Coromandel Riding, ex officio,
William John Beech,
Maurice Allister Brook,
Frederick Aubrey Denize,
John Harold Lucas,
Allen Hood Benham,
William Evans, and
William Henry Turner

to be the Coromandel Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the County Council Offices, Coromandel, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
