A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the part of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the part of public reserve set apart: 20·57 perches.
Being part Allotment 1 of Section 3, City of Auckland.
Situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29235.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114400, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of June, 1942.

Altering Boundaries of Pahiatua and Kairanga Counties and including Area in Fitzherbert Riding, Kairanga County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section fourteen of the Counties Act, 1920, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in that behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area described in the First Schedule hereto, being now part of the Pahiatua County, shall be added to and form part of the Kairanga County; that the boundaries of the Kairanga and Pahiatua Counties as so altered shall be those set forth under the respective headings in the Second Schedule hereto; that the area added as aforesaid to the Kairanga County shall be included in the Fitzherbert Riding of the said county; and that the boundaries of the Fitzherbert Riding as so altered shall be those set forth in the Third Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
AREA EXCLUDED FROM PAHIATUA COUNTY AND INCLUDED IN KAIRANGA COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 13, Block XIX, Mangahao Survey District; thence along the south-western boundary of said Section 13 to its southernmost corner; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundaries of Sections 1, 2, and 3, Block VI, and Section 4, Block V, Mangahao Survey District, to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned section; thence by the abutment of Marima Ridge Road to its southernmost corner; thence along a right line to Marima Trig. Station; thence south-westerly along a right line to Arawaru Trig. Station; thence north-easterly along a right line to the westernmost corner of Section 13, Block XIX, Mangahao Survey District, the point of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
KAIRANGA COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District bounded towards the north-east generally by the Wellington-New Plymouth Railway-line from the middle of the Oroua River to the Bunnythorpe-Stoney Creek Road; thence by that road to the road forming the north-western boundaries of Sections 41 and 30, Block VIII, Kairanga Survey District; thence by the last-mentioned road to the road forming the north-eastern boundary of the latter section; thence by the road forming the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, and 20, Block VIII aforesaid, to the road forming the south-eastern boundary of the last-mentioned section; thence to and along the north-eastern boundary of Section 411 to Te Wi Native Reserve; thence along the western and northern boundaries of that reserve to the Manawatu River; thence by a right line across that river to the middle of the road forming the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 254 and 253, Block XII, Kairanga Survey District, and by a line along the middle of that road to the southernmost corner of Subdivision 34, Manchester Block; thence by the south-eastern boundaries of Subdivisions 34, 33, 32, 30, 28, 26, 24, 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, and 2, Ferry Reserve, and Subdivisions 50 and 49, to the Manawatu River; thence by a line along the middle of the Manawatu River to the western boundary of the Pahiatua County; thence by the western boundary of the Pahiatua County, hereinafter described, to Arawaru Trig. Station; thence north-westerly along a right line to the easternmost corner of Section 315, Block VIII, Arawaru Survey District; thence along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 315, 316, 317, and 318, Block VIII aforesaid, to the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence north-westerly generally along the south-western boundaries of Section 318, Block VIII, Sections 319, 320, and 333, Block VI, Arawaru Survey District, to the westernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence along the north-western boundary of Section 333 aforesaid to the public road forming the northern boundary of the said Section 333; thence north-westerly along a right line to
