Land taken for a Public School in Block V, Takahue Survey District, Mangonui County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 12 acres 1 rood 29·8 perches.

Being part of land on D.P. 11562, being part of O.L.C. 7.

Situated in Block V, Takahue Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32505.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113978, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 24th day of June, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto held from His Majesty the King by James Burdon under and by virtue of lease number 8724, Canterbury Registry, are hereby taken, and the Crown land, described in the Third Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for public works; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
