Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block VI, Tahoraiti Survey District, Woodville County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:—

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and I do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 2 roods 1·83 perches.
Being part land in Proclamation 2756, being part Section 11, Block VIII, Town of Waimarino.
Situated in Block XVI, Kaitieke Survey District. (S.O. 20901.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114366, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Land taken for a Cemetery in Block II, Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a cemetery and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Whakatane as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 9 acres 1 rood 30 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 28698, being part Allotment 245, Waimana Parish.
