- DURATION OF LICENSE.
Unless sooner determined, this License shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1903, or until electrical energy is available from an Electric-power Board or other general public source, whichever is the earlier.
- RENTAL.
For the purpose of assessing the annual rental payable in respect of this license, the licensee may install a suitable maximum-demand indicator to the satisfaction of the Inspecting Engineer of the Public Works Department, and, failing such installation, the rental shall be assessed on the maximum generating capacity of the plant installed. The present plant is rated at fifteen kilovolt-amperes.

Closing Paekakariki Cemetery.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of June, 1942.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS it appears to the Governor-General that burials in the Paekakariki Cemetery, described in the Schedule hereto, should be wholly discontinued :
And whereas the local authority of the district in which the said cemetery is has provided a sufficient cemetery not within the limits of any borough or town district and has prepared the same for the burial of the dead therein :
Now, therefore, pursuant to the Cemeteries Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby order and direct that after the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-three, the said Paekakariki Cemetery shall be closed and burials therein discontinued, and doth further order and direct that the said cemetery shall, from and after the date of this Order be vested in the Wellington Hospital Board under the provisions and for the purpose of section seventy-eight of the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
PAEKAKARIKI CEMETERY.
ALL that area being Lot 2, D.P. 10816, containing 1 acre 2 roods 25·6 poles, more or less, situate partly in Block II of the Paekakariki Survey District and partly in the Rāmarao Native Reserve, being part of Sections 32 and 36 of the Wainui District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 191/2/682, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Health, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red, and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 445, folio 211, Wellington Registry.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, and published in the Gazette of the tenth day of that month, the control of Section 248, Hikuai Settlement, Block II, Tairua Survey District, Auckland Land District, a reserve for a site for a public hall, was vested in certain persons therein named, who were by the said Order in Council constituted a special Board, by the name of the Hikuai Public Hall Board, in pursuance of section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928 :
And whereas it is desirable that Eldon Wilbur Cornes should be appointed a member of the said Board in place of Bernard Petersen, resigned :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by section seventeen of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby appoint the said Eldon Wilbur Cornes
to be a member of the Hikuai Public Hall Board, constituted by the Order in Council dated the ninth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, heretofore referred to, in place of the said Bernard Petersen, resigned.

Directing Application of Moneys received in respect of Portion of the Ormond Domain, Gisborne Land District, for the Purposes of the Waihirere and Gray’s Bush Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 17th day of June, 1942.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of that portion of the Ormond Domain described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said portion, a sum not exceeding two hundred and ninety pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Waihirere and Gray’s Bush Domain, described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.—PORTION OF ORMOND DOMAIN.
ALL that area in Block I, Waimata Survey District, containing by admeasurement 107 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more or less, being the section marked “Bush Reserve,” and being the land referred to in the Order in Council dated 1st August, 1910, and published in Gazette No. 75 of the 4th of that month at page 3115.
