Amendment to Declaration of Essential Undertakings
(No. 19).

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by
Regulation 9 of the National Service Emergency
Regulations 1940, the Minister of National Service doth
hereby amend the Declaration of Essential Under-
takings (No. 19) by deleting therefrom the words-
"The separator rebuilding department of the Lister
Separator Co. (New Zealand), Ltd., at Auckland,"
and by substituting therefor the words-
"Lister Separator Co. (New Zealand), Ltd."

(No. 50).

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by
Regulation 9 of the National Service Emergency
Regulations 1940, the Minister of National Service doth
hereby amend the Declaration of Essential Under-
taking (No. 50) by adding after the word "office"
the words "and the staff necessary for the main-
tenance and servicing of factory plant and machinery."
