IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 9 of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, the Minister of National Service doth hereby declare the undertakings set forth hereunder, in respect only of permanent and weekly employees, to be essential undertakings for the purposes of those regulations :—

National Service Emergency Regulations 1940.—Declaration of Essential Industry (No. 74).

IN pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by Regulation 9 of the National Service Emergency Regulations 1940, the Minister of National Service doth hereby declare all those undertakings subject to control by the Minister of Supply and Munitions in accordance with the provisions of the Breadmaking Industry Control Order 1940, in respect only of the bakeries and the wholesale distribution of the products of such undertakings, to be essential undertakings for the purposes of these regulations.
