Crown Land set apart as a Provisional State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.

SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON CONSERVANCY.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, Buller County, containing by admeasurement 275 acres 2 roods 17 perches, more or less, and being Section 1, Block X, and Section 1, Block XI, Oparara Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 101/8, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon in outline bordered green. (Nelson plan S.O. 6342.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of April, 1942.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Matamata and Rotorua Counties, containing by admeasurement 516 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less, and being Section 9A, Block VI, Rotorua Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 38/58, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 14537.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of April, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section twenty of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Lands, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of a provisional State forest set apart by Proclamation dated the ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, and gazetted on the eighteenth day of that month, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest, and shall become subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Otorohanga County containing by admeasurement 220 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, being part Section 4, Block III, Ranginui Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked 26/8140A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. plan 31502.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of April, 1942.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 22nd day of April, 1942.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for housing purposes.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land permitted to be taken: 1 rood 17 perches.
Being Lot 44, D.P. 207, being part Allotment 10, Titirangi Parish.
Situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O 32527.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113974, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken: 160 acres 0 roods 6 perches.
Being Allotments 52, 53, and S.E. 55, Whangarei Parish.
