SCHEDULE.
The northern side of all that portion of road situated in the Otago Land District, County of Taieri, known as Tweed Street, fronting Lot 21 and part Lot 20, D.P. 33, Township of Mosgiel Junction, being part Section 33, Irregular Block, East Taieri Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113772, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Land set apart in the Southland Land District as a Site for a Public School.

WHEREAS by section thirty-three of the Education Reserves Act, 1928, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, on the recommendation of the Land Board of the district in which are situated any reserves or endowments vested in the Crown by or in pursuance of section two of the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1910, or of section twenty-two of the first-mentioned Act, set apart as sites for public schools, secondary schools, or technical schools any part of such reserves or endowments :
And whereas the Land Board of the Southland Land District has duly passed a resolution recommending that the land described in the Schedule hereto should be set apart as a site for a public school, and it is expedient to give effect to such recommendation :
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Acts aforesaid, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a site for a public school (Dipton).

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 1, Block XI, Town of Dipton : Area, 5 acres, more or less.

Land permanently reserved in the North Auckland Land District for Buildings of the General Government.

WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time set apart temporarily as reserves, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned :
And whereas by the three-hundred-and-sixtieth section of the said Act it is provided that land temporarily reserved under the said three-hundred-and-fifty-ninth section may, at the expiration of one month, but not later than six months, after the publication in the Gazette of notice of such temporary reservation be permanently reserved, and that notice of such permanent reservation shall be published in the Gazette :
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto was, by the Warrant dated the nineteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-sixth day of that month, temporarily reserved under the authority of the said Act for buildings of the General Government :
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby permanently reserve the land described in the Schedule hereto for buildings of the General Government for which purpose the said land was so temporarily reserved as aforesaid.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Rodney County, situated in Block VIII, Otamatea Survey District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 on Plan No. 30301, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland, being Allotment 216 and part Allotments 75A and 215, Oruawharo Parish, comprised in Certificates of Title, Volume 5, folio 155, and Volume 646, folio 207. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 20/1060A, deposited in the Head Office, Lands and Survey Department, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 17th day of April, 1942.
