Revoking a Proclamation setting apart Crown Land for the Development of Water Power (Cottage-site) in Block II, Town of Edendale.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 23 of the fifth day of the following month at page 620, setting apart Crown land for the development of water power (cottage-site) in Block II, Town of Edendale.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of April, 1942.

Additional Land between Arahura and Hokitika taken for the Purposes of the Greymouth–Hokitika Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Greymouth–Hokitika Railway to take further land between Arahura and Hokitika in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway :
Now, therefore, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

In the Westland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 6863, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of April, 1942.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.

SCHEDULE.
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON CONSERVANCY.
ALL those areas in the Marlborough Land District, Marlborough County, containing by admeasurement 648 acres 0 roods 10 perches, more or less, and described as follows :—
All that area containing 510 acres 1 rood 10 perches, being Lot 2 of Section 3, Block II, Wakamarina Survey District. (S.O. plan 1717.)
Also all that area containing 137 acres 3 roods, being part of Section 16, Block II, Wakamarina Survey District, and being Lot 1 on D.P. 1397.
As the same are more particularly delineated on plan No. 104/35, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of April, 1942.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Otorohanga County, containing by admeasurement 175 acres 0 roods 10 perches, more or less, being Section 7, Block III, Ranginui Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan No. 45/17, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 31502.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of April, 1942.
