Additional Land taken for a Public School in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall vest in the Education Board of the District of Wellington as from the date herein-after mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of April, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water power (Kumara Substation); and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 acre.
Being part Section 2550.

Situated in Block VII, Waimea Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4296.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113080, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of April, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the part of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water power; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

APPROXIMATE area of the part of public reserve set apart: 3 roods 39·84 perches.
Being part Section 11.
