A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in the name of ALICE CARTWRIGHT, wife of John Cartwright, of Spar Bush, Farmer, for Section 5, Block XIII, New River Hundred, being the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. 3, folio 212, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the new certificate of title as requested upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 12th March, 1942.

E VIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 279, folio 174 (Wellington Registry), for 5 acres, more or less, being Section 19, Horowhenua Village Settlement, in the name of ALBERT EDWARD STANDEN, of Levin, Builder, and of the loss of Memorandum of Mortgage 126772 in the name of THEOPHILUS GRIFFIN, of Levin, Carter, affecting the same land, having been lodged with me together with an application for a provisional certificate of title and for the registration of a transmission affecting the said mortgage, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional certificate of title and to register the transmission without production of the said mortgage pursuant to section 40 of the Land Transfer Act, 1915, after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

E VIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding duplicate of Memorandum of Lease No. 1840 from His Majesty the King, whereof THOMAS LAWRENCE QUINNEY, of Motupiko, Farmer, is the registered lessee, of all that parcel of land containing 3 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 of Deposited Plan No. 1929, being part of Section 110, District of Upper Motueka, Block I, Gordon Survey District, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 64, folio 205, Nelson Registry, and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional lease in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such provisional lease upon the expiration of fourteen days from the 12th March, 1942.
