Kaitieke County.—Hunua Survey District.
SECTION 73, Block VI: Area, 2 acres 2 roods 18 perches. Capital value, £15. Renewable lease: Half-yearly rent, 6s.
Weighted with £22 10s. (payable in cash) for improvements, comprising felling, grassing, stumping, and fencing.
The section is situated on the Tramway Road, half a mile from Kakahi. Hilly to undulating land suitable for grazing.

Weighted with £10 (payable in cash) for improvements comprising fencing.
The property is situated on the Retaruke Valley Road, five miles from Kaitieke. Approximately 150 acres is ploughable, the balance being very rough and broken country. Suitable for grazing purposes for a selector who has other land in the locality.

Lands in Wellington Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease.
District Lands and Survey Office,
Wellington, 11th March, 1942.
NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned sections are open for selection on renewable lease; and applications will be received at the District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Friday, 24th April, 1942.
Applicants should appear personally for examination at the District Lands and Survey Office, Wellington, on Wednesday, 29th April, 1942, at 10.30 o’clock a.m., but if any applicant is unable to attend he may be examined by any other Land Board or by any Commissioner of Crown Lands.
The ballot will be held immediately upon conclusion of the examination of applicants, and the successful applicants are required to pay immediately at the conclusion of the ballot a deposit comprising the first half-year’s rent, broken-period rent, lease fee, and amount due on improvements.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—TOWN LANDS.
Raetihi Borough.—Makotuku Survey District.
SECTION 58, Town of Raetihi Extension No. 1: Area, 3 acres. Capital value, £60; half-yearly rent, £1 10s.
Weighted with £4 (payable in cash) for improvements, comprising 12 chains of road fencing and 4 chains of boundary fencing.
This section is situated fronting Ward Street in the Borough of Raetihi, about one mile from the post-office and half a mile from the school. It is practically level, broken by a creek running through one corner.

Feilding Borough.
Lots 1 to 3, 3A, and 4 to 11, inclusive, on D.P. 2331, being part Subdivision A, Manchester Block: Area, 2 acres 2 roods. Capital value, £160; half-yearly rent, £4.
Weighted with £260 for improvements, comprising dwellings, sheds, washhouse, fencing, clearing, and grassing. This sum is payable in cash, or over a period of ten years by half-yearly instalments of £16 17s. 2d. principal and interest.
This is a residential property situated one and three-quarter miles from Feilding Post-office and Railway-station. The land is all flat. Town water-supply and electric light are available. The dwelling, which comprises seven rooms and bathroom, is very old, and is not in the best of condition.

NOTICE is hereby given that ERIC ROBERT WILLIAM ENNIS, of 21 Rattray Street, Devonport, Draughtsman, was this day adjudged bankrupt; and I hereby summon a meeting of creditors to be held at my office, Law Court Building, High Street, Auckland, on Monday, the 16th day of March, 1942, at 10.30 o’clock a.m.
