A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 1 rood 35 perches.
Being part Tunatahi Block.
Situated in Block XV, Kaihu Survey District (Borough of Dargaville) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29403.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110859, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of March, 1942.
