Land taken for the Dargaville Branch Railway and for Street-diversions in connection therewith (Dargaville Station-yard).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Dargaville Branch Railway, and that the land mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street-diversions in connection therewith.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of March, 1942.

Land taken for Street in the City of Nelson.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson as from the date herein-after mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3·7 perches.
Being part Section 1118.

Situated in City of Nelson (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9147.)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 107152, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of March, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation taking Land for Road in Blocks III, V, VI, and VIII, Paekakariki Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 56 of the third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, at page 2053, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 3118, taking land for road in Blocks III, V, VI, and VIII, Paekakariki Survey District, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land not required: 1·89 perches.

Being part Waimapihi Block.

Situated in Block V, Paekakariki Survey District. (S.O. 20580.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 110607, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured purple.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 9th day of March, 1942.
