Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not
required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare
the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 13 acres 36·78 perches.
Being part Waikanao No. 4 Block (Borough of Gisborne)
(Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 4236, blue;)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 115522,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of
December, 1942.

power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril
Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land declared to be Crown

Situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 24201, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.

of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal

Leasehold Interest in Land taken for the Purposes of Public
Buildings of the General Government in the Borough of
Rotorua.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of
every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in
this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby pro-
claim and declare that the estate of leasehold in the land
described in the Schedule hereto, held by Gertrude Savage
from the Rotorua High School Board for a term of twenty-
one years from the first day of January, one thousand nine
hundred and thirty-seven, such lease being registered in the
Land Registry Office at Auckland as number 16335, is hereby
taken for the purposes of public buildings of the General
Government; and I do also hereby declare that this Pro-
clamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day
of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which
the leasehold interest is taken: 1 rood.
Being Section 13, Block XLIV, Town of Rotorua. (Borough
of Rotorua.)

Situated in Block I, Tarawera Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 31880.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 115878,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of
December, 1942.

New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described

street: 1 rood 34·2 perches.
Being Lot 34, D.P. 6841, part Rural Section 154.

Situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District (City

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 115848,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
