ERRATUM.—The day of the week printed on page 2921 in the heading of Gazette No. 113, dated 22nd December, 1942, should read “Tuesday” instead of “Wednesday.”

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Street in the Borough of Wairoa.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land which is described in the Schedule hereto (and which was acquired for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway and is not now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become street, and that such street shall be maintained by the Wairoa Borough Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land dealt with: 3 roods 3·1 perches.

Being part Railway land (Proclamation 1758), formerly part Section 20, Orangitirohia Block (Borough of Wairoa) (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1231, green.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102987, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of December, 1942.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Napier Northwards Section) in Block V, Waihua Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Napier Northwards Section); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 roods 9·56 perches.

Being part closed road adjoining Turiroa Agricultural Section 19, part Lot 1, D.P. 4862, and Sections 1 and 4.

Situated in Block V, Waihua Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1222.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 102369, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of December, 1942.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a surfaceman’s cottage; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 18·51 perches.

Being part of closed road adjoining Sections 3, 4, and 5, and part Lot 1, D.P. 4862.

Situated in Block V, Waihua Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 1922, red.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 106519, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of December, 1942.
