A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of December, 1942.

Adjoining or passing through Allotments 159, 160, 161, and Lot 1 on D.P. 14052, being part Allotment 17, Onewhero Parish; coloured green.
All situated in Block XII, Onewhero Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31226.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113344, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
