Load Limitations for Tires.
PURSUANT to Regulation 4 of the Traffic Emergency Regulations
1942 (No. 2),* the Minister of Transport doth hereby declare
that a tire of the type set out in the Schedule hereto shall be
available to bear the load allotted to that type of tire in the said
Schedule.

    The Waimate Groceries Delivery Notice 1942.
    PURSUANT to Regulation 4 of the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942,* the Minister of Transport doth hereby give notice as follows:—
  1. This notice may be cited as the Waimate Groceries Delivery Notice 1942.
  2. This notice shall come into force on the seventh day after the date of publication thereof in the Gazette.
  3. The scheme set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby provided for the district described in the Schedule hereto.
    SCHEDULE.
    THE WAIMATE GROCERIES DELIVERY SCHEME 1942.
    (1) For the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—
    “The district” means the area of the Borough of Waimate : “Week” means a week commencing on a Monday.
    (2) Groceries may be delivered to householders in the district on Wednesday in any week, but not on any other day.
    (3) A delivery shall not be made to any householder of a parcel weighing less than 8 lb. in weight or having a cubic measurement of less than 3 cubic feet.
    (4) The names and addresses of the vendors who are parties to this scheme are as follows:—

    PURSUANT to Regulation 4 of the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942,* the Minister of Transport doth hereby give notice as follows:—
  1. This notice may be cited as the Dannevirke Meat Delivery Notice 1942.
  2. This notice shall come into force on the seventh day after the date of publication thereof in the Gazette.
  3. The scheme set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby provided for the district described in the Schedule hereto.
    SCHEDULE.
    THE DANNEVIRKE MEAT DELIVERY SCHEME 1942.
    (1) For the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—
    “The district” means the area within two miles radius of the Dannevirke Post-office :
    “Wholesale purchaser” means a person who purchases meat for resale or for transport to an area outside the district or for consumption at a military camp, hotel, hospital, or similar institution requiring large supplies of meat daily.
    (2) It shall be a condition of this scheme that meat shall be delivered within the district to the premises of wholesale purchasers only.
    (3) The names and addresses of the vendors who are parties to this scheme are as follows:—
